Test Analyst

Context & job description

For a the BTB department of a main energy supplier we are looking for a medior/senior business/ test analyst.

As an business analyst, you are an important player in the transformation of the BTB customer operations department. You contribute as a main stakeholder in strategic improvement projects.

As a test analyst you contribute to PI and sprint planning. Together with the Product Owner you verify the delivered functionality with the business requirements. You ensure that all pre-requisites are met to allow successful execution of the tests. You execute functional and integrations tests, analyse the delivered functionality, report and propose improvements for further refinement.

Where possible suggest automation of test execution.

Your conclusions are strong and factual and need to be clearly and precisely documented.

You are able to inventorize existing documentation and document missing process descriptions and flows.

Besides that, you are a proactive challenger. You identify waste in processes, anticipate on changes and are continuously looking for possibilities to optimize process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

Process analysis and design: Able to create process flows and descriptions based on documentation standards.
Analytical skills: Able to understand, explain and improve data quality, targets and performance
Reporting: Able to define KPI’s, create short term reporting solution and define requirements for structural solutions
Agile / Scrum Experience in Agile / Scrum team
Testing 3-4 years of experience in testing practices preferably in an Agile delivery environment
Testing tools & technologies: Strong affinity and understanding of modern Test technology solutions (e.g. Test automation on its different levels, Test data management tooling, …)
Certification in process/ test management is an asset.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
